I have a wealth of experience and a strong desire to grow and develop my skills further.

 

Over the past 7 years in the BPO industry, I've gained extensive knowledge and expertise in customer support, serving as both a subject matter expert and a team leader. However, I've found myself seeking new opportunities that allows me to work from home, eliminating the stress of daily commuting and giving me more time to spend with my family. That's why I decided to pursue a career as a virtual assistant.

I've developed a variety of valuable skills throughout my career. As a team player, I understand the importance of collaboration and cooperation to achieve shared goals. I've honed my ability to manage different personalities, finding ways to motivate and support my team members. I'm highly time-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with ease. Communication is one of my strong suits, and I understand the importance of being clear and concise in my interactions with others. I operate with integrity, always striving to do the right thing, even when it's not the easiest path. My adaptability sets me apart, enabling me to handle changing circumstances with ease. Finally, I take pride in my professionalism, always presenting yourself in a manner that reflects positively on both myself and the organization I belong to.

 

There are still a lot of things that I can learn and to develop, that's why I have a strong hunger in expanding my skills and grow as a person, personally and professionally. I'm excited to take on new challenges and opportunities in this new space. Let's GO!!! 💪🏻
